IMPLANT

Dental Implant is one of the options of replacing a missing teeth. A screw is being planted into the jaw bone mimicking root of the tooth. The screw is then connected with a crown on top of it. It is a fix tooth replacement option unlike dentures which are removable.

Things to know about Dental Implant:

  1. X-ray is needed to evaluate the quality of the bone.
  2. Additional procedure i.e Bone Grafting is necessary in certain cases.
  3. Procedures might involve 3-5 visits within 2 to 6 months until the artificial tooth is ready to be used.
